RETURN & EXCHANGES

At Medico Equipments, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the following guidelines.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and items received with the order.
  • Not have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.

Some medical, hygiene, or opened products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Charges

For returns or exchanges requested due to a change of mind, wrong product selection, or other reasons not caused by Medico Equipments, 30% of the order value will be paid by the buyer as applicable return/handling charges.

The buyer may also be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

5. Exchange

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Exchange availability depends on product availability.

6. Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy and the applicable payment method.

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact Medico Equipments with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos or other relevant information, if required
